Support for CRC applications
- Paul Hopkins specialises in the independant provision of consulting services and support for consortiums intending to submit applications for government funding as part of the Cooperative Research Centres (CRC) Program. Providing expert advice in relation to:
CRC governance;
organisation structuring;
participant development;
legal contracts and agreements;
financial control and reporting systems;
risk management, and
project management
Support for newly formed CRCs
Once the consortia has successfully negotiated the application process, the new CRC needs to quickly establish the operational processes and communication systems not only to meet the governance and reporting requirements laid down by DIISR, but also the internal systems and processes required for effective and successful collaboration between the partner organisations, and achievement of the CRC's research objectives.
